Payments can be made by check, money order,
MasterCard or Visa. NO CASH will be accepted.
Payments include: uniform
fees, tourney registration, USAV registration (team and individual), coach's
salaries, coach's hotel expenses, gym usage fees, and equipment fees.
Payments do not include
(Parents are responsible for): player's travel expenses, coach's airfare (if
a team flies)
*Payments are due on the
above dates. There will be a 14-day
grace period after which players will not be allowed to practice or participate
in tourneys until the account is brought up to date.
**The November payment is a
non-refundable deposit if you choose not to participate. There will be no refunds. Full commitment to a team must be made by
December 11.
